Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 cups almond flour or ground almonds
2 cups oat (or any gluten-free) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 T vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well
  • Place dough in fridge for 15-20 minutes
  • Roll dough into small balls and flatten onto a greased cookie sheet
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes
  • Allow to cool completely
