Mayonnaise Substitute Recipe

2 cups raw cashews
1/2 cup filtered water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp of agave (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
flax seed eggs
  • soak cashews for at least an hour, then drain the water
  • place cashews, water, lemon juice, and spices in blender
  • blend very well
  • while blender is running, slowly add flax seed eggs
  • blend until smooth, adding water if needed
