Non-dairy Parmesan "Cheese"
1 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup ground almonds or walnuts
1 1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Sprinkle over pasta, salad, or any dish in place of Parmesan cheese
