Shabbos Vegetable Soup

4-6 onions, chopped
3 T soy sauce
4 celery stalks, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
1 large zucchini, chopped
2 medium sweet pot, chopped
4 cups vegetable broth
10- 12 cups water  
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp celery salt
salt amd pepper, to taste

  • Saute onions in soy sauce, until browned and very soft- about 20 minutes
  • Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
  • Lower flame to a simmer and cook for 1-2 hours
