2 lbs fresh green beans
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup orange juice
2 T soy sauce
A few generous dashes of ginger
black pepper, to taste
- Boil green beans for 15 minutes
- Saute garlic in water or vegetable broth, until soft
- Add OJ, soy sauce, and spices and saute for an additional 5 minutes
- Add green beans and stir until coated
