1 onion, chopped
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Zucchini, finely chopped
3 cups frozen cauliflower
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
- Rinse quinoa, and place in rice cooker
- Add boiling water up to sushi rice line #3
- Add remaining ingredients, stir and set to cook
