Best Oil Free Chummus
2 cups chickpeas
3 T techina
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp cumin
2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup veg broth
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
