3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup applesauce
1/4 cup nut-butter
1 T ground flaxseeds
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup gluten free flour or flour of choice
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat together the sugar, applesauce, nut-butter, and flaxseeds until smooth
- Mix in the vanilla
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
- flatten down the tops a bit
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Allow to cool off for 5 minutes before removing from pan
