8-10 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into chunks
1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
Seasoned Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water
- Bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 10 min until potatoes are just cooked through
- Drain out all the water, and add the milk and seasoning
- Mash well until a smooth, creamy texture is reached, adding more milk if needed
