Homemade Salsa

8-10 medium tomatoes
1 small onion
1-2 small jalapenos
1/2 a bunch of cilantro
salt, to taste

  • Place cilantro, jalapenos, onion and tomatoes in a blender in that order
  • Blend on low until all ingredients are finely chopped
  • Pour blended mixture into colander and allow the water to drain
  • Add salt, to taste
  • Refrigerate, and drain water a second time before serving
